Refund Policy

By booking a service with Goddess, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. These policies are in place to honor both your time and mine, and to maintain clarity and mutual respect in all working relationships.
General Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of the services provided — which require time, preparation, and resource commitment — refunds are not issued once a service has been booked.
Massage Therapy & Private Sessions

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a partial or full charge, at my discretion.

No-shows will be charged in full and may be blocked from future bookings.

Rescheduling is allowed once per appointment if notice is given within the cancellation window.
Pole Rentals, Event Bookings & Performances

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time.

If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred once if at least 72 hours’ notice is given.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will forfeit the deposit.

Refunds are not given for services already rendered or for events missed due to client circumstances.
Workshops, Group Classes & Special Events

Payments for group offerings or events are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by me.

You may transfer your spot to another person with written notice at least 24 hours in advance.
Digital Content (e.g. podcast or online offerings)

Any future digital content, such as online classes or media, will be non-refundable once purchased or accessed, unless otherwise stated.
