Blessings, Beloved
Every sacred space has a story… and this one was born through lived magic, devotion, and desire.

I Am Goddess
A vessel of movement, sensuality, and sacred healing
I’m a healer. I use bodywork and movement to help you move better and understand your body.
My work is about helping you understand what your body actually needs—so you can move better, train smarter, and stop dealing with unnecessary discomfort.
My Background
I’ve been dancing since I was 4 years old, classically trained through college at Montclair State University, where I earned my BFA in Dance.
It wasn’t until I began performing that I realized how much was missing from traditional training, recovery, cross training, and real care for the body. Before shows, we would massage each other just to get through, and that’s when something clicked for me. I knew I wanted to do this work in a real way; supporting people who rely on their bodies to move, perform, and express themselves.
After experiencing injury myself and receiving advice that didn’t align with how my body actually moved, I saw how easy it is to be misled when the person guiding you doesn’t understand your reality. That experience shaped how I approach everything now. I don’t offer surface-level care; I offer support that actually makes sense for how your body is being used.
Experience
I’ve worked professionally as a dancer since 2018, performing with a local company and continuing freelance work.
My pole journey became serious in 2021. After competing in PSO ('22 & '23) and placing 3rd and 1st, I realized my focus was less about competition and more about performance and connection.
I trained at Foxy Fitness and began teaching in 2024, bringing together my background in dance, strength, and body awareness into my instruction. My experience across performance spaces has given me a deeper understanding of endurance, control, and the real demands placed on the body. That understanding is what I bring into every session.
My Approach
I don’t just look at where something hurts, I look at why.
I work with people who move, train, and live in their bodies; whether that’s through dance, fitness, or everyday life. Every session is designed to help you feel better in your body, not just get temporary relief. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and able to move with both strength and ease.
